Michael is a seasoned hospitality and commercial real estate professional with over two decades of experience shaping, launching, and elevating restaurant and hotel concepts. Michael blends his operational expertise with strategic leadership to help owners, investors, and operators achieve long-term success.

Michael spent more than 20 years working directly with restaurant and hospitality owners to design, develop, and open innovative concepts. Through these years on the ground, he built a comprehensive skill set across leadership, recruiting, staffing, human resources, project management, negotiation, and team development. His deep understanding of hospitality operations allows him to quickly assess challenges, create actionable solutions, and lead teams through moments of growth, change, or transition.

In addition to his operations background, 

Michael uses this dual background in hospitality and real estate to provide clients with end-to-end support.
