Janet began her career with eight years as an Office Assistant, where she developed exceptional organizational, multitasking, and administrative support skills. She then transitioned into hospitality operations, gaining hands-on experience as a Front Desk Assistant, Room Inspector, and Housekeeping Supervisor. These roles provided her with a deep understanding of hotel operations, service standards, and team leadership from the ground up.
Building on her operational experience, Janet moved into corporate and talent-focused roles, spending six years as a Recruiting Specialist and two years as an HR Assistant. In these positions, she played a key role in connecting top talent with the right opportunities, supporting employee relations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
